The Royal Canadian Mint (Mint) is a federal Crown corporation committed to a Refinery Business Portal (“portal”) that respects the privacy of its users. This privacy notice (“notice”) covers individual end users who access and use this portal on behalf of their organization for business purposes. This notice does not cover people who purchase the Mint’s products directly as an individual customer or interact with the Mint in a non-business context or online, such as browsing the Mint’s website. This notice applies to personal information we have about you that identifies, relates to, describes, can be associated with, or could reasonably identify you as an individual, in the context of your business interactions with the Mint, such as using and managing your organization’s account within the portal. All personal information within our control is protected under the Privacy Act and this notice explains why and how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and dispose of the limited personal information for the individuals described above.
